How to use:
Step 1: Spray your spoolie brush with a facial mist or water to dampen the bristles.
Step 2: Rub the bristle of your brush against the bar of soap to create a gel-like residue.
Step 3: Comb the soapyspoolie through the hair and shape your eyebrows how you want them to set.
